There will be a shipping and handling fee of $9.50.
 
 

FRAME REPAIR STEPS
1.	Download, Print and Fill Out the Repair Request Form: Download Here Click Here if you cannot read the form once opened.
2.	Place your glasses in a box protective enough to keep your glasses from being damaged during shipping. Place the Repair Request Form you filled out, in the box with the glasses.
3.	Ship the glasses to our shop at the following address: Pro-Op Eyeglass Frame Repair 2222 Sunrise Boulevard Gold River, California 95670, US
